30-day returns on unopened items. Trade orders are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refillable hardware components — typically tank, mouthpiece and atomiser — sold without any e-liquid for compliant fulfilment by brands and retailers.
0.5ml for sampling, 1ml for standard retail, 2ml for high-volume sell-through. Choose based on your target retail price point.
All listed 510-thread cartridges are compatible with standard UK 510 batteries.
